I have used Leopard Movers twice now and would not use anyone else. They are easy to communicate with very responsive. My furniture was handled with care and I got every single piece back in the same condition as when it was packed. The guys are friendly and professional. They work off a list and double check everything once they leave and when they arrive. Thanks guys. Will be using you again in the future.

We moved from Rustenburg NW to Reebok WC - what a nightmare experience! The move crew was excellent & handled our stuff superb! However, Charles & his admin is seriously not on standard. He send a too small truck & then took 8 hours to obtain a trailor! If a correct size truck has been sent, the move would have great! But the admin obviously can't do planning. Also gave the wrong address to the moving crew. Charles ignored any comms from us during the 8 hour wait for a trailer & we were sitting in an empty house with some of our stuff outside on the lawn, not knowing what's happenning.

I would avoid this company. The first time I used them everything went well, on time and no damage. The second time the truck broke down twice, this after leaving a day late which necessitated me staying on longer and incurring expenses because the truck arrived 2 days late. This last experience was absolutely the worst. After promising to arrive on a Friday, we left Johannesburg in a hurry in order to be at the delivery address on time. We decided to drive straight through which meant leaving in the dark. We hit an object in the dark that was not visible causing damage to the car. On Friday the goods didn’t arrive. I messaged the owner of Leopard and it took ages to get a reply. This was a recurring pattern, make a query and receive no answer, make another one and maybe get a reply the next day. The truck had had a mishap in Springbok enroute from Joberg to Knysna!!! We were left with no clothes, bedding or kitchen ware. I finally received my goods, some of which were damaged on the Wednesday, the day I was leaving Knysna. The poor communication by the owner, Charles and the many breakdowns and mishaps of the trucks would make me reluctant to ever use them again as I will be moving an entire household to Knysna within the next few months. A very poor show. After the delivery, I received an apology, too little and too late.

They were good; they were honest and under no supervision from me, I was at the destination, everything from arrived well cared for. Nice driver too. I do recomend for a hassle free service. That was today, a wet June day in the western cape 2023.

Aside from the movers being delayed by a day, the team is very professional and took great care to move all items, including fragile ones, with care. The team is also friendly and professional despite having a challenging job. Recommended.
