Cold, naturally. Great skiing, basic shop to buy some clothes. Great renntal shop for all skiing/snowboarding needs. Excellent beginners area and kiddies care area for basic skiing. Small and cozy coffee/bar/resturaunt. Chalets are great but start at R4000 a night. Oxbow lodge is a few kms down the road. Basic and slightly overpriced. Includes dinner and breakfast. Afriski is a great family venue.

The rooms were super good and comfortable to sleep in. The restaurant needs to up their game and give nice food. Otherwise I can go there over and over again. I enjoyed

Really beautiful resort. Didn’t stay there but had some lunch at the Sky Restaurant. Lots of good photo ops on the way to Afri Ski and luckily we caught the snow too.

The resort is great. We stayed at one of the beautiful cabins called Alpes. The cabin was amazing, we had a cleaning lady coming to clean every day. The snow was still visible on the mountains and the people are friendly.Downside:- There is now WiFi in the cabin, Restuarant or anywhere in the resort- The Sky restaurant service is a bit slow and the food now that great.- I suggest you call and email weeks before your stay to ensure your reservation is secured, trust me you’ll thank me later. They tend to get reservations wrong.Good side:- Skiing slopes are amazing, good day out.- The views are breathtaking- The sunset is out of this world

Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars instead of 5. Booking system and admin staff are ruining this beautiful facility. So I made a booking in March for July, in June I saw influx of bad reviews I decided to call them a week before my arrival. And I was told sorry your booking was cancelled and we are now fully booked. After few emails between myself and them we got email saying we have been upgraded to a 4 sleeper room and everything now sorted for our arrival. Sadly the room we were upgraded to had bunk beds which is very uncomfortable and inconsiderate for a couple travelling with a 3 yr old baby. But we made it work.Restaurant is just okay, not fancy, food is just okay to fill up your tummy. They are also very slow with the service. On the fun side the slopes are amazing, the ski instructors are the best. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The guys renting out equipments are also very friendly and super helpful. We had so much fun that we are planning to come back. Of course we have to call and email them every week just to make sure they don’t cancel the booking without notice.Child minders at Pudi do not really look after kids. We saw our 3 year old wondering off many times. I wish they can enclose the area and limit people coming in and out of the kids section. I didn’t feel safe and secure about my kid in their care. But again the instructors teaching the kids to ski gets all the stars and the moon. Very friendly, patient and amazing.

Worth it experience! We only went for a day and had to leave early because of a snow storm. I recommend staying there for a week and skiing everyday. That way you will be unaffected by the weather! Otherwise a wonderful resort!

Go during June for best snow. Lovely experience options of activities available. Restaurant and bar present. Clean toilets floor is sometimes slippery due to outside ground. WiFi was unavailable during our time there. Announcements made over speaker at snow park were helpful and informative

Great experience, warm and comfortable accommodation, awesome gas fireplace in the Motswale cabin.Only negatives; shower water not constant stream, on-site shop needs a bigger variety of general good, daily rental of ski gear expensive. But still amazing place.
