I wish I could put zero stars for this company. They don’t respond at all to panic alarms and when they call you they will start laughing and they’ll take their job as a joke. Honestly the worst experience with a security company. Also when signing contracts with them, they claim it’s month to month but it’s a 3 year contract. It’s written in a very small font at the bottom of the contract and I didn’t notice it. I trusted them because I’ve been with them for years, and I never really had any incidents for those years. It’s only when I recently needed them, they showed their true bad service.
