My first order, and probably the first, of many more to follow. Ordered a combination of bags of wood on Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon, it was already delivered, as promised.Thanks guys for efficient and fast service, something not many can deliver on these days.

This is the second winter that I have used Wood Gurus and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The ordering process is easy and they deliver promptly and efficiently.

What an amazing service and team of guys. Sent a message on Sunday, which they got back to me immediately letting me know Monday morning they will check if they have enough wood for me.They phoned me Monday morning and everything was delivered on Tuesday.Packed out everything nicely in my backyard and the wood was bone dry!Couldn't recommend them more and will be ordering from them again and again and again!Thanks Donovan, Sebastian and team!

Wood Guru's sets the standards for me! The wood is consistent unlike the surprise packs of wood I get from retail stores. The post-sales calls for deliveries also are great. Minutes after purchases the Wood Guru team contacts me to confirm availability for delivery and is willing to accommodate my schedule if need be.

I have used them for over 2 years now and am always impressed with their customer service, how polite and neat their team are and what attention to details when packing my wood. Aside from great product, the Wood Gurus stand out for their staffs amazing service.

The owners are petty and leave their drivers in actual fear of losing their jobs. The driver who delivered to me today said he wasn’t able to help me move the bags 1m onto my stoep because he may get into trouble. He had to take photos and videos proving that he couldn’t park on the curb in the narrow streets of Obs. They were visibly uncomfortable making me move the bags myself. I feel so for them. They had to apologise repeatedly for their boss’ instructions. As customer facing, you are putting your drivers in an awful position, guys. This is just petty and extorting people for extra money to pack 10 bags of wood inside a property (literally less than 1m from where they put the delivery) is not OK.

Donovan and team are champs. Always willing to accommodate wrt delivery slots and the wood is top notch. First Rooikrans of the summer and just look at it!
