I contacted someone by the name Cornelia from the whatsapp number on the company's website and gave them personal details including ID number. The person promised to get back to me the same day. 3 days later on there is no feedback whatsoever. I didn't expect this from a company that has been in business for quite a while. If there is an issue or they can't assist it would be fair to just say so.

You send your details and then they send you a mandate form that you must fill in. What is the cost? You don't know, they won't answer, you must give them permission first. The services may be good but how will one know without giving themMandate / Power of Attorney.
