MY 18YR OLD DAUGHTER WENT TO THE CLINIC FOR XRAYS . SHE HAD AN COMFRIMATION LETTER FROM A PRIVATE DOCTOR TO DO THE NECESSARY STEPS. SHE BEING SITTING AT THE CLINIC FROM 09.45 TILL 14.55 AN DNOT BEEN HELP WITH 1 STEP. HOW CAN THIS ACTION BE POSSIBLE ??? WORSE HEALTH CARE HELP EVER!!!1

I sat at the Clinic on 10 April 2017 from 7-30 till 12-15 with my 9month old baby for her vaccination scheduled appointment. That is more than 5 hours! It is ridiculous.!The little ugly corner they have at the toilet they have for you to clean your baby is unsafe. baby can role off as it is a straight piece of board which has a nappy changer on it. No safety features what so ever. Toilet seems clean but looks like the inside of a mortuary. We pay huge amounts of Taxes. Can Goverment not make these toilets and baby cleaning sections look more colourful and baby friendly??

Very bad Service. My appointment was at 9:30 and I dropped my clinic card at reception at 8H00 for family planning and had to wait for 4 hours to be called in and checked blood pressure.With all that process and waiting i still had to go to the family planning Sr to attend to me.

Inadequate service and not enough pharmacist personal.Aggressive behaviour Towards me as in telling I'll be Waiting long for meds.. Psych sis needs to be entire week present not just Monday as Monday most patience work.Regards

Please explain to patients how you operate during covid-19 pandemic with signs at the gate. Please use someone with better crowd communication at the gate. Someone that can understand where the problem lies and address the CROWD and not a person... accordingly/ use a mega phone to relay emergency messages outside at the gate, you guys had the intercom inside. Some sort of communication on how you operate during covid times needs to be shown OUTSIDE at the GATE where you want patients to stand or you will just repeat yourselfs to a different person all the time. So patients can fully cooperate with how you want things to be done. Please mark a meter distance outside at the gate where you want patients to stand. There are clear traits of little team communication between staff during covid-19. Also your screening phase needs to be strict. Please make signs with your process that you want patients to follow during covid. Communication is key. Lack there of causes alot of confusion and frustration between staff, the extra staff you have and between patients. I observed this today. Also you are dealing with people living with illnesses. Please make your staff (mostly admin and security, not head security) understand that not all illnesses are visible or physical and if they do, why are they always so short tempered with people who have mental illnesses. Thank you for being in the front lines. I got my meds at 12:45. I got there at 8:30am. I'm wondering if next month you will have the same system or have another or will you have infomation displayed for people to understand whats going on. Pharmacy game on point though.

This clinic has been renovated. It is very clean and has very friendly staff. It can be very busy at times and almost always is short on staff. Despite these issues they try to accommodate and help EVERYONE in good time.

My brother was there about 30 minutes ago, the staff told him to go to Elsies, isn't this suppose to be a local clinic? I fail to understand why couldn't you help him while the clinic is still open especially due to his condition so it's crystal clear that a person could die because of your negligence that's so much for a local clinic.. i really thought you suppose to help but nuh
