Shawn and team are extremely helpful, I can highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.

Pathetic and unprofessional service. When making a booking they leave out the part that they do not have the tools to perform diagnostics. Only when you get there you are told to take your car to their pinetown branch or they can take it for you. They don't do proper checks and they quote you for working parts. When I asked them for a copy of the diagnostic report showing the fault codes that pointed out the defective parts, they could not produce it. They do not have the expertise and knowledge to be specialists in the field. Quotations are overpriced and extremely expensive. The parts that they told me needed to be changed were in perfect working condition. Don't ever use their services they will rip you off !!!

Went today as my power steering had gone, was finding it difficult to drive the car. Before doing a diagnostic test they checked a fuse issue and were able to fix it for me in no time and they insisted that it was for free. Thanks Shaun and friend for the awesome service, so appreciate it!

Took my car in for a problem and spent a boat load of cast just to find that the issue is STILL present.Took my car to another provider that quoted me so I called NPS again to get some info and the guy that took my call (Brian) couldnt be lesser interested in helping me.Be very careful youll get quoted to replace the works but once youre out the door its adios amigos!Find another provider youll likely have better luck!
