The Service has degraded to such a point where we no longer support them. Prices for sterilizations fluctuate on a whim. If that's not bad enough, the front office staff are VERY dismissive and often rude at times. Prices are no longer competitive with local and closer vets.

Excellent service received from all staff. Very competent Dr's with surgeries ranging from my dogs to my parrot. Will definately recommend.

Horrible experience for the 2nd time. 1st was 6 weeks ago, they made me wait 2 hours just to have our puppy vaccinated. Their excuse was that they only had 1 vet on duty, although their vet nurse was on duty. The receptionist had the most disgustingly unprofessional attitude. She was arrogant and kept making remarks when I enquired about how long I had to wait to just have a simple vaccination done. I left and went to another vet who helped immediately.The 2nd time was today when I had an emergency. They are open until 6pm so when I arrived today at 4pm, I was told there was no vet on duty. Again it was the retched receptionist from the previous encounter. She has no business working with the public as she has absolutely no sense of communicating with paying customers. How can you run a vet practice and have no vets on duty to assist paying customers? And how can you have such foul-mouthed excuse for a human work there with paying customers? You will not see me again and I shall not recommend your practice to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would happily do so.

And so as a horse owner have I never been more SHOCKED in the service that I received from this clinic. I am unable to get to my horse and so phone up the clinic to please go and check her out as we suspect tick fever.NO ONE ever called me to tell me what was found and what was done or if my horse will be treated or if she was okay !!. Until today I do not know what was done and what happened exactly all I know is that they were there. I phoned the clinic telling them I am not happy with the service and I was assured that someone will call me back but its been a week later and no such call only repeat emails of a financial statement of the money I owe. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT I AM PAYING FOR !!!??? They are quick to send a statement but the service you would expect from someone that has your animals life in their hands is obviously not applicable to them and they do not care. STAY AWAY !Edit : It has been more than 3 months and I have not received feedback or as little as a call.

Great practice! Yesterday, we visited your practice because our pet rabbit was viciously attacked by two dogs. We did not wait long, and the Veterinarian was knowledgeable and could promptly assist us in our time of need. The practice was affordable. Thank you, Dr Werner, for your incredible service. You saved our bunny’s life.
