What a delightful. and wonderful experience with Dereck and his team.I contacted him from Australia , explained what I wanted,worked on a budget and I got exactly what I asked for with photos prior to delivery.Thank you Dereck and I will highly recommend you to all my family and friends back in Durban.

This would have to be my most favorite florist in Durban. I have used their services both personally and for work and the quality of flowers ordered are always beautiful, fresh and long lasting. Their efficiency and service is impeccable too! Thank you APril Love Florists. You guys rock!

I called Derick on the 15Feb 2021 to place an order for Rose's an chocolates . I had to ph repeatedly to check if he got his flowers from suppliers. Finally at 4pm the flowers was sent off . I requested a pic . He said he will send me which he never did. Later that eve my friend posted a pic and to my astonishment I saw it was not what I had ordered. No Rose's, no chocolate. I tried phning on the 15 and 16Feb he never return my call.On the 16th I called the landline no. He heard my voice and cut the call. All I needed was an explanation I paid for an order so why was it not delivered. I find this very unprofessional on his part. Not even an apology. Very Disappointed.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Zia and her Team. She really goes the extra mile, even for a first time customer. Her Patience and service is excellent. Will recommend and definitely do business with her again.

I have dealt with April love for over 10 years and i can say and also say I have recommend them to a lot of clients and friends. Saddly the service has gone down during the years . I have recently sent for a quote for a function and after 3 emails no response. It was a good deal so I have got no idea how such a wonderful business like this can go down like this .... just saying.

I recently required a bouquet to be sent to Cape Town, and was amazed at the efficiency of the staff in arranging the order, and how quickly they got the job done.
