I had an oil problem and my dealership had to pay. He is very rude doesn't get back to customers tells you that your vehicle is old and he takes he is own time. My vehicle stood 2 weeks missed an important interview. When you call and ask he would hang the phone up. Now my vehicle has a water leak he now tells me he doesn't work with water only oil leaks. I'm so disappointed that he would shout at you and walk away when you call to find out he drops the phone my car isn't fix had to take from him and didn't even check what is wrong. He really need customer service skills
