Disgusted and here's why. Today I was asked to leave my kids both under the age of 3 outside of the store as no trolleys/prams is allowed in store". Upon asking as to why the cashier asked me to imagine how the store would look if they allowed it. My response to her was would you leave your kids unattended outside in a busy mall does that make sense? She then insisted that we do so. I'm disgusted by the customer service as I've always been a loyal customer for many years. I urge management possibly relook at this rule? As this is also the only exact (Vangate) store that I've come across this."
