Willing to help when larger companies give you ridiculously long repair lead times just to show you away. Repaired my late dads silver necklace which is around 40 years old with them. Another company nwj said 4 weeks min without even quoting. These guys or should I say girls, fixed it up at a decent cost same day, on a Saturday. If you would like proper service without breaking the bank unnecessary, go to Harris Jewellers. Professional, cost effective with a quick turnaround time. Thank you Harris Jewellers.

One star is too much, If I could give a negative review I would. Bought a “sterling silver 925 stamped ring” in March 2021. After less then 3 months it is peeling!! Went in store for a refund/fix up and they told me I have to pay to get fixed. Silver does not peel, this is a fake being passed off under the 925 silver stamp.

Bought 2-part wedding set with huge deposit. Great service initially by sales lady. However, later received very rude call by boss/owner demanding more money immediately. I was shocked. After considering I let them keep the balance of my deposit (R645) to which they insisted anyway. Rudeness is not acceptable in customer service. Will not be back. There are many other jewellers in CT.

I took a multi-band gold ring that was broken and had it repaired. Well the service was excellent, got served by one of the owners and we sat down and he made me feel very comfortable. He even had it fixed within an hour of my request as it was quite urgent. If you are looking for an in-house repair jeweler shop, give this place a try.
