the owner son insulted me at till while i was making a money transfer on my phone capitec app to my bank card to pay for some sanding paper via swipe and pin he made racesist and bullying remarks from behind my back to me at the till about my race and and even about my teeth and when i told him to back off he went on insulting me laughing at me what a rubbish place stay far away the owner and his son abuses people for fun this type of people shouldn't be running a shop

It is an place were your money is good but when there is an problem with there products you will not be exchanged nor will you be refunded.The owner says that is the way he does business.I also ordered some windows to an specific sepec and payed in advance. When it came it was totally different to what I ordered and he Sayed I had to take it. I refused and asked for my money back.That also was an battle of 3 days as I did not taken the windows and could sew he eventually gave back my money.

Insulting to to be told you are not allowed to browse the shop due to covid. But you can freely browse any other store in the same arcade. Its like they don't want business. Worst hardware store in PE
