Alpha Force Plumbing

Alpha Force Plumbing were assigned by my insurer to fix a broken geyser. After I made 3 phone calls to their representative, I was told their electrician can only help me the next day. This after me having to follow up with Alpha Force over a period of more than 3 hours because I received no communication from them. The person I spoke to who told me they can only help me the next day said that my problem had been sent back to my insurer to assign a different company to help me. This turned out not to be true. When I called my insurer, Alpha Force were still listed as assigned to my case. Very poor service when you have a home emergency. I do not recommend Alpha Force Plumbing.

The services at Alpha Force Plumbing are to be highly commended - after our geyser burst on Sunday, a team came out to assess and fed back to the insurers. Once claim approved on Monday the team came to reinstall new geyser, sorted everything out working throughout the night to ensure we had running hot water. Miguel and team cannot thank you enough for your dedication. I would highly recommend their services.

Worst plumbers you can book never meet a appointment 6 to 12hr late each time because they take on other jobs after they started your job which should take 3hr then takes 5days. do really below standard work so they have to come back to waste some more of your time.pitty there is no zero star to give.Aranged to come to our house 22May to inspect fair enought quick to come the first time beceause they are 24/7. 2nd time to do repairs to pipes arange 1st thing 23May but only arive after 13h00 we have to take leave for the whole day as this was promised to be a 3hr job but not done. leave the ceiling open. have to arange leave again for friday 27May arange a time 9h00 only arive at11h50. cant finish paint because ceiling not dry. have to arage another time. arange to come on 5 june as cant take more leave. arange for first thing in the morning only pitch at 14h30. due to poor workmanship work not accepted by owner Clint. arange to come again on 29 June at 10h00 take leave again. No show no excuses when I phone 10h30 say running late due to other job could not be complete due to loadshedding. no arangements rescheduling and job still not done. 5 Visits all late except for 1st job not complete.
