My shoes were not comfortable anymore after they fixed them. The second time I booked in another pair, my one shoe was torn. They did not accept the responsibility. I complaint about it, instead they refused to book in my other pair because I apparently complain too much!They are totally inexperienced, rude and know nothing about customers!
