What a lovely restaurant on a lovely farm.This is good for the body and soul. The food was excellent. Fresh and well plated.Best Cuppuchino I had in ages. Awesome milkshakes.

We attended an engagement party and were a group of about 60 people. We all had the brunch buffet. Fruit was fresh; cold meats were great quality; cheese was basic. The hot breakfast was very well prepared - haddock, beef sausages, bacon, pork sausages, flap jacks, omelettes, and an array of pastries were outstanding.We ran out of cutlery, but the staff sorted that in no time.Will I go there again? Definately.

The atmosphere is lovely and busy, the service is quick and efficient, the pizza was not as flavorful as I was hoping for and the dough was more bread like.The menu: variety, pricey.

Making it the ultimate family hangout with an adventurous jungle gym, antique tractors for exploring and farm animals to see. Parents get to relax whilst the kids are entertained.Irene Farm is the ultimate farm in the city – perfect for a family-friendly day out in Centurion. A picturesque gem that is nestled between the sprawling cities of Pretoria and Johannesburg, a visit to this old-style, storybook, working farm in the city is a must! On-site restaurants, a fully stocked farm shop, walking trails and the opportunity to get up close and personal with the herd, are just some of the highlights you will experience. With gorgeous gardens (even during the winter months), a wooden jungle gym and tractors around every corner, you can relax under the old oak trees whilst the little ones entertain themselves. Irene Farm is the perfect place for a family day out.

This is my 11th time visiting and in those 11 times we've never been disappointed once. A menu that leaves you gasping because of the variety of food choices available. Every single item, including the slightly obscure items, are delicious and worth it. A wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options too.The staff is attentive, helpful and super-friendly. The atmosphere is always vibrant. We always, and we mean ALWAYS, look forward to visiting this place.

They gave us watery milkshakes, that didn’t taste milky and creamy definitely not worth the priceOverall this place is average and close to bad I wouldn’t recommend itDefinitely visit Irene farm but you can skip the barn

Terrible. Unfortunately no other word for the vegetable curry. The sum total of two veggies in the entire dish, baby gem squash and carrot! Both were still hard and very crunchy, the sauce tasted like all gold tomato sauce with a heavy load of cayanne (and I eat hot food), all you could taste was BURN and raw Veg for R125! I was shocked. I mentioned this to the waiter while paying, one would think a manager or chef would come out to address the feedback, nothing. I gave this restaurant another try after I had a quiche here a while back. The filling was the sum total of two spoonfulls, R90. Furthermore, the service was not great, although all the waiters and managers were very friendly, I kept having to look for a waiter to assist (they got our order wrong) and I was up and down looking for someone to assist again when we were done with our meal and when we wanted the bill. I love food and love cooking and it is such a horrible feeling to eat out, pay a lot of money for something you could not even eat. I very almost walked into the kitchen to show them how to make a curry. Actually, the offer stands.

Well themed and a great extension of the original café (above). Unfortunately my booking was wasn't for the amount of people I'd asked for and there wasn't enough space in the main seating area and were moved to the quieter side for brunch.I was amazed by all the variety of drinks on tap (gins, rums, etc.) as well as the menu.Service was average; nothing spectacular but nothing wrong either (not taking into account that our food took too long to arrive).The food was average, considering the price (a bit expensive for what you get). Unfortunately the restaurant didn't have anything to deter the flies so it became a little uncomfortable for us.
