Pomeroy Lodges

Pomeroy Lodge is a place to go to if u want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and be one with nature. Its peaceful, you can sit back and watch the birds or you can see some of the animals close to your room eating the grass, just beautiful.

Great place to relax! Stayed here for 10 nights with friends & had a wonderful time. Our lodge was very comfortable & Judy a lovely welcome pack including milk, tea & coffee and homemade biscuits. The reserve is a great place to go for a walk to see animals and birds, or just sit on the stoop with a pair of binoculars and a book. (Our Lodge overlooked a wild fig tree and we woke up each day to the sound of a black-headed oriole. )

This is the place to be,nice view fresh breeze .is the place you don't want to miss Oh! Wild animals so lovely Giraffes. ZEBRAS .Kuddu .nyaka you name them .lodges are so beautiful

A real gem in the Eastern Cape, with excellent accommodation, breathtaking views, and great hospitality. One of those places we will go back to again and again. A must visit destination.

Tranquility and nature. Take a walk and find yourself amongst the wilderness. Judith the hostess is very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is perfect. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice hot shower and comfortable bed. Everything you need for a well relaxed vacation. The welcome pack is a perfect gift on arrival. The bacon is divine. You won't be disappointed... Book your stay now. No TV or radio. So bring your laptop or use your cellphone if you desperate for that type of connection. You should really just enjoy the peace and quiet. Isn't that what you there for? Enjoy each others company and the calls in your surroundings.

Pomeroy is a wonderful place, close to the coast but far enough inland to give a peaceful, quite atmosphere. Walking with the giraffe and game is a great experience, giving a different perspective of game viewing. Judith, the host gives a lovely welcome and makes fantastic biscuits!! The chalets are of the best quality that I've found in south africa. Give it a go!!

Fantastic experience. Judith and Penny are great hosts and we had a great time driving on the trails. 4X4 is recommended but 2X4 should also go all over. Lots of game and birds to view.

Amazing place, great 4x4 trails, lots of animals to see closeup, beautiful upmarket lodges with WiFi and close to amazing beaches and lagoons also close to Port Alfred if something is needed.Defnitley a must see.

Fantastic day out. Great attention to detail in regards to the service. We felt well looked after by all staff from the moment we stepped out of the car. Our guide Thomas was fantastic and answered all our questions, nothing was to much trouble. Food was superb
