They have a signage to close at 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays yet the lazy consultant closes the doors at 1:30pm

I arrived at 16:40, I found the door closed and locked even though the sign on the door says the store closes at 17:00 on a Saturday. There was a lady inside the store sitting at the front desk, she was on her phone and refused to assist.

It's a local Internet Cafe with stationery sales options. I wish they'd expand given the number of years in existence and customer demand because it's regularly so full and cramped you cannot work quietly and peacefully.

Very bad service the lady who was helping she looked angry and not friendly at all. So I was standing trying to send an email to them and it took longer when I asked if these network coverage that's when she told me to go outside because the coverage at their shop is bad.She scan my copies but one page was blank had to go back then I had to explain my story but she seem not interested I waited for another 15min to be assisted, which very frustrating..
