A terrible company to try and deal with. Don't expect to see them surviving 2021, with their nonchalant attitude towards service. Stay away!

Guys, trying to run a business with an Mweb Email address is going to cause problems. No communication feedback for weeks.

Terrible service. I put both bins out everyweek. Every week they only take 1 bin. I have spoken to them and they promised to sort it out but did nothing.

I signed up with them in November of 2020. For a year i received no invoices or any communications regarding payment. Then i received a statement for the outstanding amount nearly a year later. I paid the statement in full, then shortly after received another statement for an outstanding amount. I can't reach them on ANY numbers listed, i get no response from the lady who supposedly deals with this. Do they remove the garden refuse? Yes, but for the admin nightmares it comes with, these guys are NOT worth supporting. I have yet to receive a phone call or response to my emails after trying to contact them for weeks. This is worse than pathetic.

It takes a while get them by email but finally I got a response.

Applied for a drum end of 2021, they initially sent us the wrong collection calendar and thus never picked up our waste. After confirming the correct day for pick up, they only picked up our waste ONCE in 3 months of being a member. Never receive statements, invoices or replies on emails. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!
