Requested a quote and received it, couldn't take my vehicle there because even though I was specific on what I want to be done to my car. The quotation came back saying it's estimate and the amount may increase due to stripping of parts. I thought stripping falls under labour which they quoted. I then Google and found negative reviews and complaints of overcharging.

Their excellent service comes at a realistic price which makes them the best value for many shop in my experience.

My vehicle, a Ford EcoSport, went in for it's 90 000km service. I was told that my vehicle's battery ran flat, because it's doors were left open the entire day while in their care. Because of the run down battery, 2 cells were apparently damaged and the vehicle apparently went into safe mode" (as they stated). My vehicle had to stay overnight as a result. So after my review of today when they told my dad I said they are useless because of their poor communication and information to their customers (note - I said it, not my dad) they told my dad they will not work on his car, they will leave it outside for him to fetch, keys in the ignition and wont take any responsibility for it. You definitely have a great customer service, I must say! I now understand why you only have a 3.8 rating and not only my review that I rated a 1 star! 11 years of residency in Bela Bela, I never met someone so rude and unprofessional. My dad of almost 60 years old had to walk from their shop to Noodhulp close by Hart n Bos when his neighbor saw him walking, After the day he had of having issues with this car cutting out all the way from Pretoria he thought they will be able to help him. Right now he is in pain lying down as his leg is giving him issues, he is in agony and can barely walk. They knew today that he didn't have a car and still treated him that way. Left his vehicle with the keys in the ignition and told him to fetch it, they refuse to work on it. My dad had successful businesses his whole life and never, not once did he treat his customers that way, even if they were wrong/right or rude, its business. You just don't do that when you have a business and working with customers. I'm glad we had this experience with this place, now we know in future where NOT to go. My dad has a good heart and is well known in Bela Bela, just sad that you still get the sour rude people, treating their own people this way.

This is with no doubt the best service and repair centre in Bela Bela. My car needed a complete service and also my aircon in my car wasn't cooling anymore.I gave them a call and the friendlu staff quickly helped me and gave me a quote the same day.I sent my car and my car was done faster than at any other place I serviced it before even faster than the dealerships.My aircon was also regassed and it now feels like winter in my car even in the hottest days of the summer.I would definitely reccomend this place for all your aircon and car service needs.Thank you Mycar Service and Repair Centre !
