If you are ever in need of a good professional nail bar. You have found the one place you will instantly fall in love with . Friendly and helpful this nail bar has been around since the Bluebird Shopping centre opened . The ladies are professional and will always make sure you leave Nail and Body lab perfectly groomed. A lovely selection of merchandise hats kaftans adorn the front of the shop and also a selection of skin products which have specific uses .

Great service for a walk in appointment. Waxing and pedicure were great. Only complaint was that I got a gel french manicure which didn't last as long as it should. Bit pricey compared to other salons in the area.

Price and end result were good but customer service was not. The first time I went I made an appointment online but despite getting a confirmation text I arrived and they had no record of the booking. They managed to fit me in for an express pedicure which was fine and because it is close to where I live I tried again, calling to book this time. The women doing my service was fine and did a good job but made no effort to interact with me and the therapists seemed to talk more to each other then their clients. Once I was done I was told to wait a few minutes for the polish to dry and my therapist never returned to help me put my sandals on as I am accustomed to, I had to ask someone to call her 20 mins later. When I went to pay the women at the desk stopes talking to a friend long enough to ask me my name and then proceeded to look at her phone while I was paying, not interacting with me at all - I am used to at least being asked if my treatment was good! Not a very welcoming environment at all.

Super low quality of work! Skin around nails was scratched and now irritated. Not only my nails were polish but also cuticles and skin around nails. The worst place I’ve been to!Updated:Thanks for the response but how can you redo these injuries after my complaint? Your price is rather high and I was expecting also high quality. What could be changed after my complaint? Are you able to magical heal injured skin or your specialist will upgrade her skills in 5 minutes?Please don’t shift the responsibility for bad manicure to your customers.

Nail + Body is such a warm place. I loved my mani and pedi, so neat.
