Please do not falsely post incorrect information regarding your services. Everything on this post is lies. This is just a business and a money making scheme.Teamcare charges for unnecessary adhoc costs, incorrect medical tests such as sugar tests for patients who don't even have diabetes. These adhocs costs are billed monthly with no evidence of any of these tests. Sanitary items are billed for but the quantity has always been questionable.There's a patient who was left to dehydrate and ended up being hospitalized for a chest infection, high blood pressure as well as low sodium levels which compromised the renal functioning and led to severe dehydration. This was the doctors report post the examination of this patient. The question is how did this patient end up in this state, this was due to pure negligence and no care. This post indicates 24 hour care, yet this elderly individual was left unattended to which caused the person to be hospitalised. Teamcares costs are high yet the services offered were not close to these indicated on this post.If you intending on putting any of your loved ones at this institution, think twice. This is purely a money making business with no regard for the old. Teamcare is by far the worst home for the aged.

Team Care is truly a blessing of a place if your loved one needs assisted living. We have had the most amazing experience with my grandmother. The staff were helpful and attentive to all of her needs. When my grandmother was ill we were promptly informed and the necessary medical care was provided. Sadly my grandmothers medical condition deteriorated while we were away and Team Care assisted in having my gran admitted to hospital and provided regular updates.In a nutshell we are so grateful to Team Care for the remarkable care they provided for my gran. It's truly a facility we can recommend.

What a lovely care centre! Clean, tidy, friendly. Good care taken of all the residents! Bright and airy! Gentle and respectful atmosphere.

My brother lives at Team Care in Springfield, Durban. He receives exceptional care in a homely environment. I trust the team explicitly and I know they will go the extra mile for everybody. I highly recommend them. The people who live there are also pretty awesome...

Caring staff . All that the elderly need is someone to talk to and lots of love . Please visit any aged person you know or don't know . Make their day .

I met a former resident. He was certified bonkers and after he left; he was actually banned from returning, he is even more bonkers. He sends voice msgs saying, Do u copy? Do u copy? The eagle has landed. Akshay

I have had the worst experience with team care!!! My mom was in a bed ridden state and passed on in Jan 3 days after staying there.I was told that they usually dont to refunds but eventually got my refund. This would be the third month now that i am awaitng a response from the lady regarding an expensive ointment (which i was not even advised that i needed a prescription for) which THEY HAVE MISPLACED everytime I ask for feedback its either well replace it or we will find it" Pathetic service!! *Also in the requirements form it clearly states that the diabetic strips are required for diabetic patients..upon filling the form i was advised on the spot that one box is required for non diabetic patients and i was not advised this in the first meeting!* You guys need to be straight and clarify everything before a person pays because someone would be looking forward to a loved ones recovery and its not right to take advantage of that by adding more unexpected costs out of the blue.."

A home like no other! The residents feel so happy and loved at Team Care. Great nursing care, a friendly, warm, clean and loving environment. Well done to each and every staff of Team Care including the Directors for their exceptional services to the facility and community!

Not so great. A staff member by the name of Hazel treats the staff bad. I was wondering why I always see new faces. Now I know. If the staff is unhappy how will the patients be.
