Just a quick thank you to Dewedrop Plumbing for their excellent service. I had an enormous water bill with no obvious leak. After some investigations it appeared to be coming from 2 different areas. They traced and fixed the first leak in no time, the 2nd leak was water coming from the municipal mains which had nothing to do with me. They didn't charge for all the extra work and also guided me on how to claim from the municipality. Top work

Insurance selected DeweDrop to replace my geyser. They have replaced with a new geyser but an element is not working. To them they have reported to Kwikwot and it is out of their hands and for me the client to now follow up, no number given to contact kwikwot and no notification of what was wrong until i enquired.Still trying to understand how they sourced the geyser, they installed it, it is not working and now my responsibility to ensure the warranty company come through to fix the fault on a brand new geyser. How does a contractor think the job is completed but the geyser is not in working order. They should follow it through to the end. Their comparison was if I had a broken kettle would I not follow up to get it fix, the answer is no because if it is new the store u purchased from would replace it, or i can loose my warranty and pay them to replace the faulty element. U have not completed the job until everything is in working order.

Repaired my geyser (element and thermostat) in March. Their equipment failed in April. They then wanted to replace the geyser for R9000 when the geyser costs R4100. I eventually fixed it for R240 at my cost yet they provided a guarantee. I alerted them to this and they did not respond. Daylight robbery in all sense of the word. Extremely unprofessional. Need a repair use someone else - sure to be more professional and definitely affordable.

Hi, I would like to thank DeweDrop plumbing for their very quick and responsive attitude when responding to an emergency call out to replace a burst Geyser/Boiler in the Musgrave area yesterday Monday 1st Feb. 2021.They assessed the problem and gave a prompt feedback report and then after receiving permission to continue with the replacement geyser repair, arranged to get one after hours and had the repair completed in record time!Their friendly staff kept me informed of all progress too!Top Service!

Dewe Drop Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Durban. They are always available to help immediately. (Especially during emergencies e.g burst geyser - CIA insurance accredited.). They are well priced, professional. The work is always carried out well and neatly. We use them at three of our Complexes/buildings. Keep up the excellent work!

Dewedrop provides poor service. I used their service twice and both times there were problems with the finished work.First time they installed a new geyser at my flat and 4 months later there was a problem with the geyser not heating the water. They refused to come and inspect what was the problem without being paid .I got a different plumber to fix it who told me they messed up the electricity connection for the geyser.On the second account, they put a kitchen sink and placed a drip tray for the geyser (in a different apartment). They did a substandard job again, there was a leak in the pipework for the sink and when I told them to come and fix it they never bothered. When they installed the drip tray they messed up the pipeslines and pipes started leaking. They refused to come and check their work. They demand you pay them a call out fee for their mess up. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have used Dewedrop for many years and they never disappoint me. They are always punctual on arriving. They have a very professional team who take pride in their work and have had no come backs.I have recommended them to many friends / companies and yet have had no complaints about their service. I most definitely will always recommend them going forward.

Fantastic company. I've been using them for years. Super fast response and professional repairs. Best story about these guys is how my geyser blew on the first day of level 5 lock down, but they came out and sorted it within a few hours. Service above and beyond. Highly recommended.
