I'm so impressed - for many different reasons.My notes and thoughts:I went shopping for a new bed and found it to be incredibly frustrating. The salespeople are not well trained, with two people in the same shop regularly giving conflicting opinions.There's no transparency in pricing or models with traditional brands. The brands have so many different models (that are almost the same), at so many different price points, it's basically impossible to make an informed decision. I eventually just gave up and decided a new bed wasn't important enough to sacrifice my sanity.On a whim I though I'd see if it was at all possible to import a Casper mattress. That's when I came across our local hero, Sloom.I gave Sloom a call to find out more info, and was kindly helped by Rudo. Within minutes I had decided to give Sloom a shot. With the guarantee they offer, I had nothing to lose.A couple of days after ordering the huge box arrived. To unpack it was a fun adventure for the whole family. Our kids loved it, and we loved it.This mattress is epic. Just buy it. It is customisable but we haven't even bothered doing that. Soft is perfect for us. This bed is perfect for both side and back sleepers. The cover is top quality and the lack of movement through the bed is almost eerie. No wobbling, no creaking, no hard or soft spots. This is awesome.The big bed manufacturers need to watch out - Sloom is going to eat their lunch.

I was hesitant when first looking at the Sloom mattress - I like tried and tested well known brands and Sloom looked like a gimmick. But all the well known mattress brands have absolutely miserable after sales reviews, and the reviews for Sloom's customer service were very impressive. So we took a chance knowing that we had 100 nights to trial it, and 7 weeks later we have never looked back. I have honestly never slept so well in my life, and now know that I have been sleeping on mattresses with the wrong level of firmness for many years (and would have bought a mattress that was too firm again this time around if I had bought a traditional mattress). We have a double bed and both of us sleep like rocks now. I am so grateful that I came across this company and gave this mattress a chance - I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I absolutely love the Sloom mattress, but also what a pleasure to deal with a company who delivers on their promises. They were extremely helpful, communicative and delivered exactly on time.You will not get a better mattress or company to deal with.

2nd purchase of sloom mattress, delivery was made the next day from order and best quality as usual.. Don't go for Sealy,cloud nine , etc just get a sloom, best quality for the money by far

I bought a Sloom double bed mattress in January. Delivery was super-fast, it arrived in two days. Really liked the mattress, but was finding I still had sore shoulders (the reason I changed to Sloom in the first place). I contacted Sloom and had an email conversation about this. They offered me a profile-cut layer, and kept me updated to the progress if this. It arrived today, and after a nap on it, I can say it’s definitely going to improve my sleep and sore shoulder problem. Thanks so much Sloom. I recommend your mattress and company with absolutely no hesitation.

Recently upgraded my mattress to a Sloom mattress. I love that it has a variety of firmnesses to try so you're able to change the firmness as you want. I've had both my hips replaced and it's been hard to find the perfect mattress to let me sleep comfortably on my side - the Sloom has solved this completely. ❤️❤️❤️

Best sleep I've ever had! And thats no exageration. I liked it so much that I bought the base as well. Easy to assemble and looked great too. Split comfort is a game changer! I love Sloom!

These guys are honestly amazing! I love absolutely everything about what they do. We bought a double bed a while ago and the entire experience from ordering online, the delivery, right to unpacking and setting it up was honestly a breeze. The fact that my wife and I can decide on our own comfort level (soft, medium, firm or extra firm) is such a game changer. The quality is fantastic and we are honestly having the best sleep we've ever had, no more stiffness or lower back pain in the mornings. I can't recommend them enough!
