The shoes and bags are very beautiful, quality and are proudly handmade in South Africa. I could buy the whole shop. Genuine leather at a reasonable prices.However, I did not receive good customer care from this shop, It took time for me to get my packs. They should train all their staff especially Patience, The girl is just rude and proud with a foul mood

First but not last visit. Beautiful setting and gardens.Personel were excellent and helpfull going beyond what we are used to.Great products at excellent prices !

Worst customer service ever. Employee helping you with shoes that is coming from the special box and then the owner insist you pay full price. Employee told owner that is from the special and owner refuse to give it at special price. Treating you as if you are a liar. Will not support this place ever.After reading the owners response I have decided to reply here under as I can not respond to the response received.I will phone the owner tomorrow to explain what really happend. The staff was helpful and did explain it to us. The manager never said one pair is on special and one pair not. The lady assisting us told us that and the manager insisted we pay full price for both pairs. Which we would not have mind if she handled the situation better. But instead she took the employee on in front of all the customers telling her she made a mistake. And we knew she did not because the shoes did come from the special box. The one pair. The manager insisted on paying full price on both pairs. Now they say she explained one is on special and one not. Sorry to say but the manager is not an honest person. Giving the owner the wrong information and the response resulting in my review being untrue. This is really bad.

Beautiful, comfortable, and affordable handcrafted local leather products. My husband and I each got a pair of boots and passport holders! Highly recommend when in Cape Town area.

Beautiful place. Person at the door not very friendly. However the saleladies inside changed my mind and I ended up buying a pair of shoes and wife a few pairs.What great service from the salesladies. Lovely feel to the shoes and craftsmanship.
