Currently dealing with them. They messed up our first signing document and have to send them again 2 weeks later. Entire process is delayed. Deadline promises were never met and my urgent call was not returned since last week.

Professional service. 50% more expensive than other attorneys. Decent experience overall, though the transfer took much longer than expected.

Disgusting service from Janie Cronje the secretary and Delaney Janse Van Rensburg the conveyancer.1. Did not allow us to deal with the conveyancer only her secretary.2. Kept pushing that we allow them to invest our deposit and refused to take accountability if anything were to happen to the deposit. When we denied the request we were met with hostility.3. Documents were pushed in front of us and we were told to sign without proper explanation.4. When we pointed out mistakes on the documents we were told that we filled the forms in incorrectly however the documentation was correct and they had received the FICA documentation.5. There were mistakes on the transfer duty documentation and we were told “that is just how the system shows it” and told to sign it.6. Dates on the weekly updates were incorrect.7. We had to get another attorney in to deal with the fact that Boshoff Inc. and Remax Jowic were in breach of the SPLUMA act and the Plans for the house had many errors on them.8. They would get a signed addendum and try to get us to sign without communicating with our attorneys.Overall a horrible experience and we will never use them again and we will warn people about them at any opportunity.
