The food is good, the customer service agents could do with a smile as majority of them seemed very unfriendly. Limited parking really unless you park in beach road which is super busy.

I called to order a takeaway for delivery. A small pepperoni pizza and a regular bacon, avo, feta. I got to the store and the lady asked if am paying for both orders at once and l said yes since l ordered 2 pizzas. Then she told me the price and l said sorry that's not my order but she kept insisting that l had 2 orders in my name. Instead of fixing it she started speaking in xhosa being rude and she told me l must stop taking its not a fight. Very disappointed in the way the staff speaks to customers and it not the first time. Got home and my Bacon Avo and feta pizza had rotten avo. Thought it had turned black from the heat but it was rotten and disgusting. Its pathetic that someone would put a black rotten avo on a pizza and expect someone else to eat that. Poor staff and management in that shop.

Update: Third time I've tried to place an order via phone and no one answers. Standing here waiting for our order and the phone is ringing like crazy. If you can't answer because you are short staffed or too busy may I suggest you put an automatic message on saying that you are not able to take phone orders?! I was holding on the line for over 10 minutes!!Good friendly staff - Delicious pizza.

When I went in to collect my order(number 116 for today) , I had my toddler in my arms.I do not remember the cashier's name, but he went out of his way and helped me by carrying my order to my car as my hands were full with my toddler. Amazing customer service.Food is always yummy. Definitely recommend this place.

Roman's Pizza Strand
Got pizza there last night. I ordered a gluten free seafood pizza. It was so lily that I couldn't eat it. Oil was literally pooling in the box and when i took one bite it just dripped all over. Had to throw the pizza away and had no dinner....I have photos of all of it but for some reason it wont let me post it with my review
