City Lodge Hotel Fourways

My 4th time staying here, unfortunately this time was pleasant.1stly one of my favourite swimming tops went missing ,and even though 1lady went out of her way,..the way she spoke to me on phone ,she had no phone ethic, she also said if the lady passes the lie detector I must pay.imagine that they make me feel like I'm the victim.then..the aircon didn't work and no it wasn't load shedding..also the toilet didn't want to flush. Just didn't enjoy my stay and not sure if I want to return.we also spent news year here over the past two years with my Aunt.very dissapointed

I would like to thank City Lodge Hotel Fourways for the wonderful service. Every time I am there, I'm treated like a king. I've never seen such consistency in giving great customer service. I would love in particular to thank a lady by the name of Phumzile Mfikeni for making my stay wonderful at City Lodge Hotel Fourways.

Really really good experience. Everything was as expected. The rooms could use a little attention, doors were a bit sticky, but it was still very comfortable, neat. Breakfast was okay, not the freshest, but I enjoyed it. Location is unbeatable, right next to Montecasino (walking distance) Very secure Parking as well.

This is a tough review because the hotel service was outstanding - the rooms were ok, below par on a global scale but then again the pricing was below global standards (hallways were narrow and dingy, gym was small) - generally the rooms and hallways were dated. However, the restaurant staff were great, the food was generally excellent, and the front desk staff were great; they were superbly helpful, kind and always had a great attitude. The outdoor patio deck by the pool is lovely, and the hotel is conveniently located, but it needs a refresher. The lobby seating is misplaced and poorly laid out as well. The gym was small with only 3 pieces of equipment - only 2 of which worked.

The location is nice and quite serene. The dinner was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved everything about the hotel.The service was outstanding.I appreciated the option of both a bath tub and a shower.Special thanks to Nokuthula, she really gave exceptional service.Overall a great stay

Ideally situated, with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile ensuring your stay is good. Rooms feel a bit dated

I will give this place 5 stars coz I had a great experience there over my 5 day stay. It ticks all boxes. Would love if you guys double check on things to avoid small errors which might make you look unprofessional despite you being professional.

ROOM SERVICE IS PAR. LOCATION IS PERFECT, IT'S A QUIET AREA WHERE YOU CAN GATHER YOUR THOUGHTS. IT HAS FREE WIFI, WHICH MEANS YOU CAN STILL WORK AND HAVE FUN AT THE SAME TIME.
