I was assaulted by a staff member while I was doing shopping with my kids,I reported to the floor manager of the store but he did nothing of assistance the staff members name I Sandile Ndlovu he roughly grabbed my hand when I pulled it away from him and told him to stop what he was doing he then started insulting me in front of my 1yr old and 8 yr old

I wanted to play lottery, staff, management were just looking at me as im crazy walking up and down, yet the shop is empty, finaly a lady assisted me i think she is a manager, i asked for lotto quick and plus but my ticket came out with lotto no plus, i did not want to trouble them anymore since it looked like i was a pain to them, its so dissapointing to get such treatment especially when the shop is quite, if you get a chance you may check your cameras it was around 16h20 to 16h30 today (17 June 2020)

Little shop and less products they dont even have much fridges or any variety of products

Considering the fact that Usave is new, they are doing great just that sometimes you find one or two cashier's which leads to delays.
