We requested for a quote on the Daily Iveco Mini Bus for:The solid glass behind the left sliding door.The right rear glass with small sliding insert.We have insisted in our communication with Eddie that the glasses were curved to which he confirmed to be correct.When our driver collected he (Eddie) convinced our driver to take the glass as he would send pictures on how to apply the flat glasses. Eddie then said he would call and explain to Molefe (Buyer at The Windscreen Doctor).Eddie committed to come by and see our application, which he did and approved to have been done correctly.Our customer came around to pick up the bus but refused to take the bus because he did not like the flat glasses.Today Eddie is changing his story and says that he told us from the word go that the glasses were flat.We have proof of our conversation with Eddie on both complaints.Who can assist us with this problem.We are a small growing business and to unfairly have to take a product which we will not use and buy else where is truly unprofessional, unfair and dishonest.The other complaint is that we asked Eddie to toughen a canopy glass for us, which he provided a quotation and agreed to do the job.Today (30 minutes ago), our team was at the gate, they were not allowed in and told that Alwin Canopies does not do this job.How can your team treatment like this? They have created a gatekeeper strategy at the gate preventing our guys to come in and conversing on walkie talkies. Is this how Alwyn deals with dissatisfied customers?It seems like everyone is trying to hide this issue this complaint.Nobody wants to tell us who the main contact person is to raise this and address possible solutions.Please help us to get to the bottom of these complaints and get the most suitable solution.
