Browns Cabin and Cottages is a real gem! Quietly tucked away but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city for day visits around the rest of Hartbeespoort.We stayed in the De Wet Cottage which was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well decorated.The owners were friendly and inviting and helped round off our lovely stay.

If you need a quick or extended get away from the hustle and bustle, you should consider Brown’s Cabin and Cottage. Lovely, friendly service with a comfortable cottage. Not only was the stay relaxing, but also very affordable. Sitting in front of the fireplace or boma with the sounds of nature around you is so peaceful. We will go back soon.

It was absolutely amazing to stay at Brown's Cabin! The owner and her mother was so welcoming and did so much to make us feel at home. And we did! The view was amazing, and the atmosphere was so relaxing! We will definitely go back!

What is there to say about Browns, well, plenty.From the moment you enter main gates and drive under various tree canopies, almost tunnel like, you are transported to a charming place that can't help but feel like an English countryside.Once you find yourself nestled under the shaded brick and stones roads, shade so kindly given by the fields of pecan trees, alas, this too is why one of the charming self catering units, are called pecan cottage.I'd dare to say that even though the amonoties, design, decor is all well put together, I love the fact that I got to draw on the chalk wall in the kitchen, and that there was no holding back on the comfort of the bed,its the ever so large mountain backdrop, with trees and a medow of wild flowers, all in one galp which is absorbed from the comfort of a chair on the porch which left the most impression.There is also a respect for noise tolerance, and a communal splash pool that has a charming villa feel to it.Browns, thank you for your hospitality, your friendly staff, your thoughtful amonoties in your units, but most of all, thank you for the beautiful space, where time almost stands still. Will definitely return again, hopefully soon.

Very reasonably priced 5 star cabins and Cottages. The owners are awesome. The places are clean and very well maintained. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to enjoy a mountain view while relaxing on the patio.
