Bought a bmx from the online store had problems sent it back they did not resolve said problem. Few months later the bike still has the problem and now its broke. Dissapointed with the purchase.

I have bought my kids bicycles (Titans) here previously and had my own bikes serviced here a few times. Reliable and with great service.I just collected my road bike today from service and also bought a new gravel bike. The level of service from everyone in store is out of this world. Prices are good. Attention to detail and the time spent on assisting me was much appreciated. A big thank you especially to Jeremy who went above and beyond. He gave sage and considered advice on every aspect. There is no need to go to any other cycle store.

Bought my daughters first bike and they went out of their way to make it an amazing experience. Thuli and Ziyaad especially super knowledgeable about all aspects and even gave great advice for how we should be teaching her to ride her bike. Got our full kit at a great price, and more info and guidance than we could have asked for. Will be back at each next step for everything we need as she grows, and can't wait to get myself one next.
