Service seems to be improving. Staff are friendly, helpful and had gone the extra mile for me in sourcing a parcel that had gotten lost. Sometimes they don't answer their phones and I wish that the post office could be open later on Saturdays and open on Sundays but it is what it is.

Downright appalling, I have a parcel which came from China in November 2017 and to date, have not received it. I am being send from pillar to post citing that it has been lost in transit between Witspos and Killarney Post Office. I am barred from speaking to the so called Investigating Team" as my case is apparently still investigated. When you go for License Disc Renewal

Clean and efficient-typically it’s all about timing to avoid the long queues. Boxes are outside and accessible form underground parking-which is sometimes a fight for a available space, however if you have a partner in the car it’s easy to drop and collect.

They have closed down and no-one can tell me where my postbox has moved to. Neither Killarney Mall nor the Post Office Head Office know!! I can only assume that the notice of my postbox relocation is in my postbox. Clearly need to install a GPS in our postboxes.

Thought of writing a scathing review but what's the point? Life will go on, they will be bailed out with our money when bankrupt, our packages will continue to be stollen, and poor service will continue to be the norm in our great land.
