Ordered a Mexican fiesta medium pizza only to find when I get home they put chillies not jalapeños and these things are not even hot, why didn’t you check if your stock was finishing though .

l had a nasty experience today 30 June 2022. l ordered a crumbled pizza ...received substandard pizza. pieces were pathetic ...definitely not happy with Deboinairs Eastgate. l will never buy and will never recommend Debonairs Eastgate

Bought pizza something meat,in the middle of eat was cut by a piece of bottle,started bleeding ,in the mouth. ,took the pizza back,the lady manager said sorry,nothing done,they will investigate,till today no one bothered to contact me,to check how am I,been to the doctor,on antibiotics struggling with the cut in my mouth,in pain and can't eat properly,so disappointed,was left traumatized

Ordered 2 large pizzas, the sweet & sour rib and the creamy chicken pizza. The pizzas were bland and plain. There were literally 5 pieces of meat on both pizzas. Its like the staff there hate their jobs! Spent R180 for oizzas with no meat, like whats wrong with you guys? This is really annoying because its not even the first time it happens. Niyabhora yho!

Very disappointed in Debonairs eastgate tonight, ordered a tikka chicken double stack with the cheese filler inside, it was so terrible we couldn't even eat nicely because the whole entire pizza was raw! And this was supper for myself and my family tonight, a whole pizza gone to waste.

In desperate need of a service level upgrade...very poor service by the lady that called me to tell me that my in-app order could not be fully honored because they were short on rolls (...come on,give me a break,seriously...this shop is based in a big shopping mall where rolls can easily be purchased from a variety of places) calling me to tell me that they don't have another roll to complete my order is a terrible excuse...not even validated in my books. Rather tell me 'Sir the order may take a little longer than usual because we're out of rolls,but if you don't mind waiting a little while,we'll have your order ready as soon as possible ....THIS is the COURTEOUS thing to do

Way too slow ,only 1 person taking orders and also making the orders ,I ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza but when I got home I noticed it's creamed chicken wich I don't like at all
