Honestly honestly hate this place service is ridiculously slow you wait in long ques and everyone is just on the slowest workers, wish I could make it a negative rating

Personnel friendly and assist where possible

It was almost a seamless process but the service agents were dishonest with the weighting and pricing. They tried to racket off my colleague and I cause we are internationals. They kept speaking the localLanguage and making us feel so uncomfortable.’We were told to follow some agent to a building away and she also exploited us. Felt strange that we had to go away to deal some clearance few buildings outside the cargo area.Security at the gate was not consistent, the first time we went in, the man insisted my driver’s license was not acceptable and I must present my international passport. Second time of entry (post going for clearance), the security agents searched the car through and through. Brought out the scanning machine to search us.. understand it is their job but it felt ridiculous.

I took our foster doggy to fly to CTN to his forever home. All went well and they worked so careful with him. Thanks guys.
