I've been with EFF Bootcamp for almost a year and can safely say it's the best fitness program I've been to. Jaime and Garth really go the extra mile, monitor your form and progress closely, and give each person personal attention and feedback. They also truly challenge and motivate you. They've created a wonderful space that makes you thoroughly enjoy working out and feel like you belong to a new family. I would highly recommend EFF Bootcamp.

Jamie and Garth are amazing instructors. I learned the importance of mental strength and how that will eventually translate to physical strength. I learned technique and the benefits of good form.I would highly recommend EFF Bootcamp to anyone looking to feel stronger. It’s worth it!

I had been struggling with maintaining consistency and discipline working out and finding the right workouts and routines on top of balancing general life challenges but within a week of EFF training and the support of the coaches and community they’ve built I was seeing physical results quicker than before and for the first time I was excited to be going to work out at 6:30 am every day! Everything is at your pace and the movements and exercises have real-world impact from better endurance during long work days to better posture and balance for even the mundane tasks. Life changing. Everyone should be doing this!

Had an awesome time with the EFF team, their attention to detail and their personal approach is really something that sets them apart. My session with coach Jamie was tough but in a good way, she was there to help with my form and also followed up the next day to see how my progress is going and how I’m feeling, which is something you don’t always get. I definitely recommend them, from the first meeting with them they really make you feel like you’re apart of the family.
