They are always swiftly available at short notice, they arrive promptly and are always professional, courteous and meticulous with their work. I highly recommend Saratiel Clieners services. The cleaning team cleaned the house from top to bottom after a dreadful geyser burst. They planned well, and the loadshedding had no impact on their tasked at hand. The carpets that were socked due to the geyser were cleaned and smelled fresh. I scheduled with Saratiel because of all the positive reviews - It was raining in the day he and his team were supposed to come. So we rescheduled for the following morning. The time came, and went, I heard nothing from him. After trying to communicate with him, he eventually said that he'll come through in the afternoon (despite my explaining that the carpet was on laminate flooring and needed to be done in the morning so it could dry). I'm the afternoon he said he wasn't going to be done, and he would give me another time the next day. By the afternoon, I still hadn't heard from him, and then he wanted to come after 5... When I eventually rescheduled with him for a morning the following week, he was 1.5 hours late (only telling me he would be late after I tried to reach him unsuccessfully several times). When the carpet dried, it had what looked like brown ripples in multiple places, so I sent him photos, and asked about it. don't worry

Saratiel responded to my urgent request to clean my Persian carpet today in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He and his polite, hard working team did manage to come, producing fantastic results, leaving my 25 year old Persian carpet free from stains and dog hair I highly recommend his excellent service and his quote was very reasonable.
