Worst desision I have ever made was to use Globalprop Pty ltd.Poor communication and fees deducted from your income without your consent or knowledge.

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with as a first time landlord they have treated me like a child. Do not relay full information to me. Hardly respond to my messages. Nor do they bother to follow up.I would strongly advise choosing any other management company or just managing your property yourself will be a better bet.A week ago I have requested statements for tax purposes and I have not even received a text back that they are working on the enquiry.Try phoning the office number... Straight to voicemail.I am cancelling my contract with them as soon as I can.They have not made renting out a property a breeze at all.Instead they made me feel alienated and even scared to contact them fot i might be scolded like a child.I would rather like to do business with a company that treats me like a human being.I am willing to speak to anyone at global prop who will treat me like an actual human being.I am willing to share proof of correspondence via email should anyone query my above statement.
