A SMD Technologies vehicle that was speeding in the rain bumped into our car. The company has been non responsive and don't seem to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. I am very disappointed in the way the company is dealing with the situation.

Soooo sit back and read my Story with SMD Technologies...I bought Creative Pebble speakers from SMD Technologies stand at the Rage Expo 2022. Unfortunately for me there was a minor problem with the product and I have contacted SMD.Fabian De Figueiredo assisted me by sending me an exchange unit with ease within 2 days since I have contacted the company. He was really friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend to buy from them.

I am TRULY pleased with the service from each and every person I dealt with from SMD. These guys have really done well with making sure their staff are customer focused and apply REAL customer service. Not only that also providing an excellent product for an unreal price and then honoring the 12 month warranty when Take-A-Lot refused it claiming i damaged it on purpose. So thank you guys I highly appreciate the service and for everything you guys have done. Highly suggest all to buy a pair of the Bounce Tango 2 Bluetooth headphones!
