Hugely disappointed. Tried for 3months to get a quote from this company on a preproduction sample of my product. In the end I had a last minute rush to get the samples done by their opposition while setting up my own facility to reliably handle my production. The final reason given was that the phonelines, email, and WhatsApp had been faulty and had only just been repaired. Really? give me a break. Definitely and onion
