My husband got me a voucher for a power mani and pedi for Valentines day and he paid around R800 as there was a 20% promo. I have had better treatments at places that charge half the price! The lady doing my fingernails went on to ask me if i had paid for a manicure or just nails and then left to go find out from the receptionist. She came back, washed my hands and put lotion on them in less than 10mins and this is called a manicure?? On my feet, my cuticles were not trimmed, nailpolish is streaky and you can still see my nail as it did not cover well. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Feel free to message me so I can recommend better places that won't make you break the bank and will do a much better job than this!

Worst experience at a Sorbet Salon. Definitely would not recommend this branch. I even walked out of the branch before the treatment could even start just because of how rude and abrupt the therapist was to me even infront of other customers. Although I will not fault the lady at the reception desk who followed me out to find out if she could do anything to assist.

I purchased a Sorbet product from the Cascades branch. When I got home I realized that it had expired three months ago. I returned to the store in an attempt to exchange it for a good one, however, the store assistant and I found that all the products on the left shelf were already expired. I then requested a refund but unfortunately nobody in the store had the authority to do that. I've reported the matter on their website as well and a week has passed and no manager or anyone from the store bothered to contact me. So be warned to check the expiry dates of anything you purchase at this store, it is most likely expired and you will be stuck with no refund or the inconvenience of trying to get one.

I don’t know if I will ever use Sorbet Cascades so rude. From the moment I got I was rushed the nail technician was already telling how we need to rush because she has another client. The other lady comes and tells me that it’s fine they can just paint my nails no nail art, really Sorbet I will be paying and you just want to do a rush job on my nails why would you want to give me a nail technician that has another client in the less than an hour?

The technicians are delightful and always do a good job. Prefer this branch to Liberty Mall because it is quieter and feels more like a spa.

I was a customer in December2022 and was treated had both feet done and my hands nails done i go back end of Jan 2023 the nail technican says she cant see to my feet as i need a doctor to look at my toenail . My nails i asked were fine in Dec and now u can't cos u see it as .... she had no answer i complained to the manageress i got no feed back. Explain this
