What a wonderful atmosphere!! Special place with great hosts, you feel welcome the minute you arrive! Super clean and neat with white linen. Kitchenette is equipped with the necessary basics. Air-conditioning and free wifi is a bonus. We had braai facilities to make our own dinner and the included breakfast was superb!! Would love to make this a yearly visit to Vredendal! Thank you Piet and Sarah for having us!

I did not sleep here, but checked out the accommodation. The perfect place for a tired traveller. Very neat and clean and tastefully decorated.

Very attentive staff. The facility is clean and neat and the breakfast is varied and can satisfy all palettes. A real retreat off the beaten track and I would come back again without hesitation. Welcoming to POC.

No communication is done prior to a guest’s request, we asked for a braai place but apparently it was booked nevertheless when someone else called on our behalf only then a Mobile braai was made available. I don’t want to drag in the race card it’s a story of another day but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The owners we very friendly and helpful. There were some spider webs in the bathroom and it had a weird smell but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

I would have rated it a five star but it would be inappropriate for competition.Best bed I've slept on in a loooong time.Best poached eggs and bacon, loved it and highly recommended.

Excellent place. Very secure. Conveniently located. Self catering units have all the required utensils.Wheel chair friendly bathrooms and other amenities.We stayed here for 1 night only with my wife and kid but I would gladly come back and stay for an extended period if we visit this area again.

We had an excellent stay at Bell Ombre. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Aircons are cool and the wifi is more than adequate. Our toddler absolutely loved the swimming pool. Thank you oom Piet and tannie Sara for a wonderful stay!

I didn't have the greatest of experiences during my stay. The initial bedroom that I was booked for was leaking from the roof and I had to change to another room and that one was also leaking. The owners and staff are very friendly. The food was great.
