Omw what an awesome Company with such caring individuals ...our bike was stolen ..they assisted my parter to the premises where the suspect was, made sure she was safe and accompanied with SAPS ...her bike was retrieved and they escorted my partner all the way home to ensure both our car, bike and my partner were safe...even the Ops Manager ensured assistance all the way. How do we ever thank you enough for the humanity and caring qualities of all the staff involved ...May God Bless you all and the Business abundantly

Neighbour's house broken into. Suspicious signs, open gate etc.Called the owner, who asked me to investigate.Big, big thank you to BCI Security, Isaak backed up by Chris, who came to the scene, even though this is not one of their clients.I called them, concerted the criminals may still be there, and did not want to enter alone.Police arrived around 5:00pm.

My 5year old and I got stuck outside my gate this morning with no remote after putting the rubbish out.Noel from BCI leant me his phone to call my husband, made my little girl laugh at a horrible situation and restored some faith in humanity. Thank you Noel! (I am not even a client of theirs)

I was billed incorrectly over a month ago. After numerous emails where they assured me they would rectify the situation and pay me back, it has still not happened. They have since stopped replying to my emails altogether. Deeply disappointed.
