Aroma Park Village
Well maintaned gated complex with good sized 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Garages, under shadecloth and open secure parking inside the complex. 24 hr security guards, electric fencing and monitored CCTV. A stones throw from Cape Gate Mall and Medi Clinic, Glen Garry Shopping Centre. Pick & Pay Hypermarket and Food Lovers just down Brackenfell Boulevard. Very easy access to N1 to Cape Town and R300 as well as outgoing to Paarl. Aroma Park Village is a really very nice place to call home.

On return trip ..got horribly lost. Was being sent in the wrong direction....and along a undesirable route ..turned around and geaded for Cape Town and eventually found my way hone .

Nice Complex. Apartments are a decent size, but they are not equal sizes. Most apartments have a garage at their disposal. Has great communal areas, but not ideal for ball games. Security is great. Very quiet, but the N1 makes quite a lot of noise during the day and night.

Nice complex. Would be great if ground floor units has own private gardens. Stairs leak. Not nice when it rained and stairs are wet. Nice inside the units.
