Horrible experience, Female Manager is rude and not friendly. Staff also not friendly. Security guard also unfriendly. Was about to buy my grandson 4 pairs of shoes and rather went some where else. Will now never pur have any form of PUMA merchandise due to this experience.

Shockingly rude staff who shut the store before the official closing time on Sunday 14th March 2021. The result was I ended up buying from Footgear in the same shopping centre so Puma Outlet lost out.I was at a sports shop nearby and found a pair of Pumas I liked but they didn't have it in my size. I googled Puma stockists and found the Puma outlet and headed over.When I arrived, it was 9 minutes before closing time and as I approached the door I was told the store is closed. I said it's not closing time yet and I know which shoe I wanted so it was just a case of buying it.The door was shut in my face.In times of our country in economic downturn with Covid and in such a quiet shopping centre, the staff are rude, lazy and don't seem to care about the brand or the commercial risk of turning away loyal customers.

Had the most amazing service ever from Itumeleng at puma Fairlands. She was patient, knowledgeable and most importantly had the passion for the brand. Spent more money than I shouldn't have.

Hospitality was the best and workers Knw how to treat costumer all the best to Nhlanhla really appreciate
