Always had good service till recently when they didn’t have stock, so I returned and the staff downstairs said they did have stock then suddenly changed the story that they didn’t, and upstairs first said they did have stock then they didn’t then they suddenly did. I understand issues regarding the ports being delayed and so getting stock in hasn’t been as per normal but if they don’t have stock then can they just stick to the initial story so we can go somewhere else to get what’s needed. Apart from that I’ve always had good service for over 5 years, not particularly friendly ever but good service and no other complaints.
