Not interested in the tenant at all. Tenants are a means to an end, and any petty excuse is used to withhold deposits, with three month delays to resolve issues. Erratic agents with no concept of timekeeping or appointments, let alone communication skills. Utterly unproffesional.

An agent at this agency has no respect for privacy. Clearly he is not familiar or trained correctly as far as the Popi Act goes!!! My personal information was just handed to 3rd party agents without my consent. Not impressed with Rawson Properties Milnerton at all.

I'm very disappointed by the rental flat from this company. It's been literally 20 days since we moved in but have encountered so many problems and when we want to cancel we can't because we are binded by the lease. We now sitting in the dark with no electricity, we can't shower, cook and do anything because the prepaid electricity we pay for has been switched off from the main source. The agent is not available for assistance and there's no one else to contact because it's weekend. My life has been put on hold, I can't do anything

My rating is no star.I was renting my house out using there services.They did not do a proper background check of the tenant even misleading me regarding the purpose the tenant wanted to use my property.The tenant broke down my walls,broke down the pool pump with protective walls damaged my paving using my domestic property for the purpose of storing tipper trucks and using my back yard as a mechanic workshop. Upon exit inspection 3 keys of the bunch of 2set of 5 key with gate motor remote x2 not being. I went to view my property and found the safety gate key in the gate open aswell as the 2nd safety gate with door being open.not closed or locked.I was told when I enquired about this that they doing me a favour.

To be spoken and treated by a staff member Petronella in the manner I was is despicable to say the least. You want to support local businesses and this is was your get in return.Surely dealing with public you learn the proper protocol that goes hand in hand.Marching into my business and shouting the odds - not on.
