The most amazing fabric shop in Durban, I know so far that goes all out for their customers. Infact I no longer feel like a customer there,I feel like I'm home. Textrim Factor staff is so professional,so kind and patient. The entire team is very friendly. God bless them all

Staff as well as the manager did not have enough expert knowledge about the fabric I was interested in. They could not tell me where the fabric came from around the world. Management were not speaking nicely to the shopfloor staff. It was humiliating.

Came to the store today (7/4/18) at 10 am. Store was busy. Waited over 10 mins without service or assistance. No one approached us to enquire if we needed help. Looked at fabric and left without purchasing any. Heard great things about the store but was disappointed. The shuttle service was the highlight and a brilliant idea though.

Fantastic variety of materials with great service! You'll definitely find what you're looking for as there's such a wide selection available. Great curtaining, blinds and wallpapers as well as upholstery and a make up service. I've had a great experience there several times!

Great store for beautiful fabrics and detailing. I love this store. The beaded fabrics are a work of art. The variety of beads and sparkling swarofskys makes this store even more magical.Only drawback is that its a bit poky to move when crowded.

Such a wide variety of fabrics for many different applications. The customer service is quick and informative. You can tell they've been in business a long time and know the game well. They periodically have specials like 20% discounts so it's easy to score. If you're buying fabric to give to a tailor, make sure your tailor provides the exact amount of fabric needed, or buy extra. Also, be prepared for some dodgy parking tactics as it is Brickfield Road, after all!
