1st time they were extremely arrogant and severely unprofessional refusing with goods that are mine I paid for.2nd time they deliver parcels after more than 4 days without any reason.TERRIBLE SERVICE I've ever seen in this country.

I received a SMS that indicated my parcel was ready fro pickup, I drove from outside of Mafikeng to collect my parcel, one arrive I was first told that no the parcel is not there, they check my phone click on the messages that showed the parcel have arrived. Next I was told no the parcel just arrived and the system does not allow them to act on it. Then the last one was no the system crashed and they are waiting for support to come and fix it, very poor services

Going there without a car, you could walk from town but it's not safe so it's better to take a taxi. You should take a taxi to Rramosadi and you'll see it on your left just 3 minutes after leaving town. The gate situation is weird because there is no buzz or anything you just have to wait for someone to see you and open up. Hopefully you don't wait too long, and the service was super quick and the guy who helped me today was friendly.
