The people here are not reliable. I received a quote to have a full repair of my scooter, which I accepted to pay.At the end, it took 6 weeks (instead of 1 originally planned) and the manager told me that if I wanted to have my scooter entirely fixed, I would need to pay for an additional panel of 1,500R. Bad experience there.

I have been using Ivor for many years and he is always such a pleasure to work with. Carefully explains what the problem is so that I can understand, gives me my options when I need replacement parts (such as the expensive but durable vs cheap but most likely won't last longer than 12 months). He has often helped me out by picking up and delivering my bike, and even giving me a temporary replacement bike so that I could keep on being mobile while he was fixing mine. Thanks Ivor for all the services, repairs and bike advice!

Ivor and his team have helped me out all the years I have had scooters! Super helpful and willing to go the extra mile in their services. Can’t see why I would ever use another scooter mechanic and will stick to Ivor as long as I’m on two wheels :)
